THE PERKS

  • If you cancel your membership before a treatment and still want to keep the appointment, we will check if you've already paid through your membership, otherwise you can pay the remaining balance on the day.

    If you want to cancel your upcoming appointment too and there is credit, this will stay on your file.

  • We will check if there is a balance owing- if there is you will be expected to pay this within a 48hr period.

    We require 4 weeks notice of cancellation. Any overage in payments can be used as credit on your account as we do not refund, neither does Aglow.

  • Yes! Our memberships auto-renew unless stated otherwise (i.e. SkinPen Package)

  • You will get a text and email letting you know, then you just give AGLOW a call to process the payment again. Otherwise, the following week, you will be charged for both weeks.

  • Yes- we just give our members a 24hr cancellation notice period, rather than 48hr. Everything else remains the same.
